1 SNAKE EYES

When I explain the concept of NO DICE to people I’m interested in collaborating with, the first thing we do is to look through the names of the rolls. Is there a name that ‘speaks’ to you? SNAKE EYES spoke to Ethan that way - and the next step to SNAKE EYES SOUR using snake fruit was the lightning bolt in Ethan’s (duke gonzo) mind. We wanted beer and art to collide. Not only is Ethan a big fan of micro breweries, the process of brewing and experimentation but he’s also interested in contemporary labeling and associated beer artwork. We’ve often talked about the atmospheres of our preferred boozers and the range of beers on offer. This is where ‘BREWED BY’ came in. It actually sounds to good to be true, but Ethan’s pal Barny established ‘BREWED BY’ as a collaborative platform to brew small batches of beers with guest brewers. And this, I’m pleased to say is the first such collaboration, BREWED BY: NO DICE

This will be the first beer ever to be brewed with snakefruit, a rare fruit with a delicate floral flavour and Barny has a brew set up in his basement perfect for a small batch like ours. We’ll make 36 bottles to be launched at an event in January 2022. Details to follow.
